BEFORE using and filling out online cub day camp registration …
- You will need each of the cub scouts’ names, t-shirt sizes, and BSA Medical Forms (A&B only).
- You will need your adult leaders’ names, t-shirt sizes (only if purchasing a shirt), and BSA Medical
Forms (A&B only).
- You will need 2 leaders for the first 10 boys, an additional leader for every 5 boys after that. i.e.
10 boys=2 leaders; 15 boys=3 leaders; 20 boys=4 leaders.
- You will need to PRINT your Confirmation Page and bring/send it to the scout office WITH a copy of each
of the medical forms for those you registered and a Total Payment.
- For Payment, please note that the Scout Office determines whether your unit has met Gold Card qualifications
for the $5/scout discount.
- If you do not bring in your confirmation page, all medical forms, and payment within 7 days of online
registration, your reservation will be cancelled.
